Thanks for reading the articles on my website. I certainly can help you as I was involved in setting up the Quality Improvement programme in the Ministry of Health Malaysia from the very beginning both at national and facility (hospital) level.
I will answer you through the e-mail. In the meantime I am willing to clarify any aspect that I wrote about in my articles. They may be hard to understand at first but with time things will become clear.

Dear Abdollah, We have had short contact before. Could we communicate on your preop work in progress? I believe I may have interesting views, i.c. preop starting at the conception of the ‘surgical problem’, Our view is that the doctor writing the consultation letter to the de surgeon should already start preparing the patient for possible surgery.
